Information on legal objection
You can lodge an objection against the notices within one month of notification. The appeal has no suspensive effect on the payment of the fee.

Documents to be submitted

  • fully completed and signed application form 
  • Proof of your own average income and expenses for the last 3 months as well as cash assets as well as credit balances in € amounts. (see list in the application form)
  • Proof of the income and financial circumstances of the parents or the dependent spouse or civil partner in accordance with the Civil Partnership Act (see list in the application form), only relevant for applicants up to the age of 25.
  • If the application documents are not in German or English, a translation must be enclosed.

Important note:
Applications that are incomplete and submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
