For a successful re-enrolment, two subtasks must be completed:
- Payment of the semester contribution fee: before the start of the re-enrolment phase, you will receive an e-mail with all the latest information on re-enrolment, including bank details, purpose of payment, amount, deadlines and dates to your HMT e-mail address.
- Check whether there is a re-enrolment block for the upcoming semester: please check in HMT CAMPUS whether you have a re-enrolment block for the upcoming semester. Please ensure that the block is cancelled or postponed by submitting documents to the Students Office.
Please check the successful receipt of payment in the HMT CAMPUS payments tab approximately three working days after your transfer. You can also monitor the cancellation/postponement of your suspension on the HMT Campus homepage.
As a minor student, please submit a certificate of enrolment from Leipzig University for the upcoming semester by email to the Students Office. Please note that the re-enrolment period at HMT Leipzig ends earlier than at Leipzig University. To ensure that you receive your enrolment certificate on time, please pay the semester contribution fee for Leipzig University at the beginning of the re-enrolemnt period.
Please check in HMT Campus whether you have a re-registration block for the upcoming semester. Please ensure that the block is cancelled or postponed by submitting documents to the Registrar's Office.
Please apply for guest auditor status for lectures at the Students Office one month before the start of the semester. To do this, send the completed application form by email to Ms Ines Schmied.
You can choose a maximum of five lectures from the guest auditor programme. In the online lecture programme, you have the option of setting a filter ‘I am a guest student’, in which case you will only be offered permitted lectures.
In April or October, you will receive an invoice for the guest student fee of €50. This will include your bank details and payment deadline.
If you are a student at Leipzig University, you will be exempt from the fee. Please submit a certificate of enrolment for the requested semester with your application.
